Service writer was nice but had challenges with getting cost of Service estimate correct. Tech left the car with greasy hand prints and damage to window seal.

Had the oil changed in my GMC 2500,was asked if I wanted my cabin filter replaced along with my air filter. They showed me both of them, and they did needed replaced. The cost would be $216. I thought this was a little too much, so I went and bought both filters for $89. And changed them both in 15 minutes. I don’t know how you can sleep at night ripping off people like that, you already had them out, all you had to do was put the new ones in and I know how long that takes.
