    What can I say, from the time I got to the dealership Mr Chad Lacey was so helpful. He listened to my problem and had a technician come over and ride with me. I really appreciate how nice Chad was. Don't get that reception at most dealerships. He represents Bradley very well.

    My service manager, Diane, listen to my concerns with the ESC sensor light that came onto dash! She was about to get my vehicle into the shop in a timely manner and analyzed the problem. She called after hours to give me the news on the fix and they had the part in stock. They (Kim) picked me up from home when my car was completed! Thank you, Gayle Nixon
